Vegetarians or those trying to consume less meat might try these cauliflower wings for game day.
We love buffalo wings, but these wings are our go-to when we want something lighter or need to accommodate plant-based guests.
Ingredients 1 cauliflower head, big florets 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups milk 1 tsp. garlic powder Kosher salt, 1/2 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper 1 c. Franks hot sauce 4 Tbsp. melted butter Ranch dressing for serving Serve celery sticks (optional).
Step 1 Preheat oven to 450° and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray nonstick cooking spray on parchment.
